A very belated thank you for your office helping me with a closing a couple of months ago. I had called Title, in Orlando, looking for a mobile notary. They referred me to your office. Without much notice, Brent went to Mims where my customers were and successfully had all the documents signed.

I had an attorney who, for some reason, was making our closing very difficult. He wanted to delay the closing because of covid (we should have closed way before the shut down). My buyers had sold their house and had nowhere to go. The attorney said we wouldn’t be able to find a notary. I said – I WILL find one!! Title was my first call and you were my second!
